10 HPT (s) = time taken to complete. NSA (Nottingham Sensory Assessment score) for the hand consisting of – Light touch, pin prick, and stereognosis (0 = absent, 1 = impaired, 2 = normal), and proprioception [0 = absent, 1 = appreciation of movement (wrong direction), 2 = appreciation of direction of movement, 3 = normal]. NEADL (Nottingham Extended ADL index). Average from a maximum of 63 = 21 activities (0 = not at all, 1 = with help, 2 = alone with difficulty, 3 = alone easily). FMUL (Fugl-Meyer Assessment upper limb). Extinction (y = yes, n = no). FROM [Full active range of movement (y = yes, n = no)]. MAS (Modified Ashworth scale) (0 = no increase in muscle tone, 5 = rigid). Oxford Scale Muscle Strength (1 = flicker of movement, 5 = movement through range with full resistance).
