Abstract
•Lynch syndrome (LS) is an uncommon, genetic disorder which predisposes affected individuals to colorectal, endometrial and ovarian malignancies.•We report a case of cervical gastric-type adenocarcinoma in a patient with LS.•Immunohistochemistry for mismatch repair proteins is a useful screening tool in tumours suspected to be associated with LS.Entities:
