Abstract
BACKGROUND: Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) is an important inflammatory cytokine. The associations between IL-1β gene -511C>T/+3954C>T polymorphisms and aggressive periodontitis (AgP) susceptibility have been conflicting. We therefore conducted a meta-analysis to investigate the association of IL-1β genetic polymorphisms with susceptibility to AgP.Entities:
