Abstract
We present the case of a patient with a superior sinus venosus defect (SSVD), with the atypical finding of an intact atrial septum and posterior atrial wall, which underwent percutaneous closure in the cardiac catheterization laboratory for repair. SSVDs are rare congenital cardiac anomalies, but when the anatomy is amenable to percutaneous strategies, a collaborative and creative approach can result in a safe and effective result.Entities:
