Abstract
A 30-year-old woman had multiple masses on right adrenalectomy site, posterior mediastinum, and left lung on computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography. She had a right adrenalectomy for pheochromocytoma eleven years ago. She received proper alpha and beta blocker and completed surgical resection. Pheochromocytoma was confirmed by histopathology. Here we report the case of metastatic malignant pheochromocytoma with very poor prognosis.Entities:
