As the likelihood ratio test compares nested models, estimates for the baseline risk model alone cannot be calculated. Risk factors are ranked in descending order according to hazard ratio magnitude. Age at first conviction for any offence and age at first conviction for a violent offence were dropped from the baseline mode because of collinearity with young age. Conviction for assault, illegal threats and/or intimidation, weapon use, most recent conviction for a violent offence were dropped from the alternate model because of collinearity with conviction for a violent offence.
