Abstract
We examined the extrinsic and intrinsic characteristics of patients with primary lung cancer diagnosed at early ages and compared them with those of older patients. Significant differences in gender distribution and histologic cell type were present. Cigarette smoking was an important etiologic factor in both groups.Entities:
