Abstract
The complete chloroplast genome of Lysimachia coreana, an endemic plant in Korea, has been studied in this article. The genome size is 155,386 bp in length with a typical quadripartite structure, including the large single-copy region (85,325 bp), small single-copy region (17,951 bp) and two inverted repeated regions (26,055 bp). The genome consisted of 132 coding genes, including 87 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA genes and 8 rRNA genes.Entities:
