Abstract
An easy and efficient procedure for the immobilization of polynucleotide ligands to bisoxirane activated insoluble polysaccharides has been elaborated and is described in this paper. The resulting materials have been applied to the chromatography of DNA polymerase I, and RNA polymerase from E.coli. Because of their extraordinary stability to temperature, formamide, and alkaline conditions they seem to be particularly useful adsorbents for nucleic acid hybridization.Entities:
