[Personnel calculation in health care: intensive care and intermediate care units].

W Plücker1.

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Personnel calculation in intensive care has been a subject of conflict for over 63 years. The aim of these remarks is primarily to indicate the current state of the discussions.
METHOD: The methods of working-scientific analyses in practice with the respective factors are shown. RESULT: It seems clear that a fair personnel calculation is limited by scarce financial resources and political policy.
