The islets were incubated for 60 min in the Krebs solution containing 3 mM (G3) and 10 mM glucose (G10) in the absence or presence of 1 mg/ml Ganoderma lucidum (GL) extract or 100 µM 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX). Each value is mean±SEM of the numbers shown in parentheses.
