The Perioperative Surgical Home (PSH) is a patient-centered and physician-led multidisciplinary and team-based system of coordinated care. The goal of the PSH is to create a better patient experience and make surgical care safe, efficient, and aligned in order to promote a better medical outcome at a lower cost.
