Abstract
The sensitive overnight reverse transcriptase and the antigen capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were tested for their ability to detect human immunodeficiency virus. The two assays were able to quantitate as few as 75 to 130 virus particles. Thus, both tests offer similar sensitivities for determining the presence of the virus.Entities:
