Abstract
► Painful clitoromegaly may be caused by an infiltrating epithelioid hemangioma tumor. ► Epithelioid hemangiomas are usually benign. ► Rare forms are the aggressive epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas or epithelioid angiosarcomas. ► Endocrine and infectious causes of clitoromegaly must be ruled out.Entities:
