Abstract
We report a case of malignant large cleaved cell vulvar lymphoma predominantly affecting the clitoris, in a 60 year-old woman. In a review of the literature, female genital tract lymphomas of vulvar location are exceptional. Histologically, these tumors must be differentiated from pseudolymphomatous lesions. In the present case (Stage IE), response to chemotherapy was good and the patient remains asymptomatic after three years of follow-up.Entities:
