[Matrix support: device for resolution of mental health clinical cases at the primary health care].

Abstract

UNLABELLED: The study aimed to comprehend the matrix support as a device to resolution of clinical cases of mental health within the Primary Health Care in a qualitative study, carried out from a case study. The data were collected through observation of matrix practices and analyzed under the view of reflective content analysis. The results pointed out to the following categories: The walking of user: dilemmas and challenges; Sharing of knowledge: an expansion of views? The curtain opens itself: It passed but the pain remains! and
RESULTS: collective construction of the therapeutic project. It highlights that matrix practices has the power to sign the paths for the construction of a particular model of health care that is articulate and synergistic with the principles and guidelines of the National Health System.
