Abstract
Two siblings with isoimmune neonatal thrombocytopenia developed severe neurological sequelae secondary to intracranial hemorrhage despite delivery by cesarean section. These cases demonstrate that cesarean section alone will not prevent intracranial hemorrhage, in utero or postnatally, in isoimmune neonatal thrombocytopenia.Entities:
