Abstract
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare and aggressive lymphoid neoplasm. It can involve the kidney, either by direct lymphomatous infiltration or by a paraneoplastic glomerulonephritis. We present here the case of a man with rectal bleeding and rapidly progressive renal failure, who had MCL in the gastrointestinal tract and paraneoplastic membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, and whose renal dysfunction normalised after chemotherapy.Entities:
