Abstract
We describe two cases of vertebral artery injury during posterior cervical fusion. We treated both cases by an endovascular technique. The vertebral artery injury may result in catastrophic situations, such as, infarction, massive blood loss and even death. Our clinical outcome was good and we prove that endovascular treatment is an effective and less invasive way to treat vertebral artery injury.Entities:
