Abstract
Primary lymphoma of the central nervous system is a distinct diffuse large B-cell lymphoma confined to the nervous system. Whereas classical cases can be classified easily, differential diagnosis can be a challenge in particular in patients who had received treatment prior to biopsy. In the differential diagnosis, other tumours and inflammatory diseases of autoimmune and infectious aetiology need to be considered.Entities:
