Abstract
TP53 is one of the most important prognostic factors in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Modulation of microRNAs by TP53 in CLL pathogenesis has been a hotspot. Besides, it has an intimate association with other cytogenetics and plays an important part in drug resistance of CLL. All above indicate an embedded TP53-centered network in CLL pathogenesis and prognosis. In this review, we focus on the TP53-centered network and its roles in the pathogenesis of CLL.Entities:
