Figure 22-DE gel analysis of proteins extracted from the cardiac tissue of SD rats. In the first dimension, 200 μg of protein was loaded on a 7 cm IPG strip with a linear gradient of pH 4–7. In the second dimension, 12% SDS –PAGE gels were used. Proteins were visualized by fast coomassie staining. All the differentially expressed spots were marked and identified by MS-analysis. Sizes of the molecular mass markers (in KDa) are indicated.
