PERFORMANCE: Best hygienic conditions Intraoperative improved image quality Improved patient management Increased patient safety Broadening of indications ACHIEVEMENTS: Major improvement from a medical standpoint Different implications from a management perspective Economic aspects challenging PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Exact planning of all aspects and effects is necessary.
