Abstract
This report presents the treatment of a patient with skeletal Class III relationship in the permanent dentition caused by maxillary hypoplasia. The treatment plan called for palatal expansion and maxillary advancement. Titanium miniscrews were placed in the mandible to facilitate the maxillary protraction after maxillary expansion. An increase of projection of the upper jaw relative to the cranial base and to the lower jaw and significant improvement of the facial profile were observed.Entities:
