Abstract
In the title compound, [Fe(C5H5)(C31H24N3O)], the pyrrolidine ring adopts a twist conformation. The pyrrolidine ring is almost perpendicular to the indeno-quinoxaline ring system, making a dihedral angle of 84.44 (5)°. The cyclo-penta-dienyl rings of the ferrocene moiety adopt an eclipsed conformation. The crystal packing features weak C-H⋯N and C-H⋯π inter-actions.Entities:

The threshold expression of F2 > 2sigma(F2) is used only for calculating R-factors(gt) etc. and is not relevant to the choice of reflections for refinement. R-factors based on F2 are statistically about twice as large as those based on F, and R- factors based on ALL data will be even larger. |
