AGN/RPGN: acute glomerulonephritis/rapidly progressing glomerulonephritis; HUS: haemolytic uraemic syndrome; PUV: posterior urethral valves; SLE: systemic lupus erythematosus.
Cardiac disease: one each of infective endocarditis, complex cyanotic heart disease, severe myocarditis, tricuspid regurgitation post surgery for atrio-ventricular canal defect.
Others: gastroenteritis (3), HIV/AIDS (2), haemoglobinuria of unknown cause (2), one each of intussusception, dengue haemorrhagic fever and tetanus.
