Figure 1There are three groups of curves in the figure, red ones and green ones indicate homozygote, red curves on the right side indicates G or C whose Tm is high, green curves on the left side indicates A or T whose Tm is low, and the blue curves in the middle indicates heterozygote.
The genotype of subset was defined according to known genotypes of controls which were determinate by gene sequencing.
