Abstract
H15, a special extract of the gum resin of Boswellia serrata (BS) is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). These findings were obtained in more than 260 patients by using a range of different clinical approaches for evaluation. The criteria for assessment were mainly joint swelling, pain, erytrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), stiffness, additional use of NSAID, side effects and tolerance.
