Abstract
BACKGROUND: Attention and inhibition are core executive-function deficits in FRagile X syndrome (FXS). This pilot study evaluated the feasibility, reproducibility, and clinical relevance of the KiTAP, a computer-based pictorial measure of attention and inhibition with an enchanted-castle theme, in an FXS cohort.Entities:

bOut of 36 participants.
cIQs are also given for reference but as the subjects vary in age, these are less refective of the ability level required to do the task than the MA.
dThe mental age at which some subjects fail could not be derived for flexibility as IQ measures were not available for the three subjects who failed; however, subjects with MA of 3.6, 4.7 and 5.4 years were successful in completing this task both times.
