Abstract
This commentary offers suggestions for improving public health and public health education by emphasizing One Health principles, the integrating of human, veterinary, and environmental sciences. One Health is increasingly recognized as a powerful approach to the prevention and control of zoonotic diseases, increasing food productivity and safety, improving biosecurity, and enhancing many areas of biomedical research.Entities:
