Abstract
Of the first 60 patients treated at our clinic with the antidepressant fluoxetine, 5 (8.3%) developed treatment-emergent sexual dysfunction (anorgasmia and/or delayed orgasm). Three of those 5 patients had a history of treatment-emergent sexual dysfunction while receiving other antidepressant agents. Clinicians should be aware of this side effect of fluoxetine.Entities:
