Abstract
Fractures of the elbow may result in deformity, pseudarthrosis and arthritis, which lead to painful and restricted use of the joint. The operative treatment of these late complications includes osteotomies, surface reconstruction, arthrolysis, arthroplasty, alloarthroplasty and arthrodesis.
