Enhanced stability and CO2 affinity of a UiO-66 type metal-organic framework decorated with dimethyl groups.

Abstract

A new dimethyl-functionalized UiO-66 framework exhibits higher physicochemical stability, larger CO(2) uptake, and an enhanced heat of adsorption in comparison with what was previously observed for analogous UiO-66 type MOFs.
