Abstract
We recently described hypoxia as one of the leading mechanism for the recruitment of regulatory T cells (Treg) through CCL28 chemokine in ovarian cancer. Treg promote progression of cancer through tumor-specific immune paralysis but also reprogramming of angiogenesis. We review these mechanisms and discuss the challenges and opportunities for therapy targeting Treg.Entities:
