Abstract
Antibody targeted therapy can be effective in animal models of cancer. Treatment has been less successful in man, though some responses are reported. Understanding the distribution of antibody in man and animals shows how toxicity may be minimized and patients selected for therapy on the basis of efficient antibody localization in the tumour.Entities:
