Abstract
A new intranasal dressing is presented, which helps avoid discomforts caused by intranasal packings. The splint, made of polypropylene, is introduced into the nasal cavity folded like a tent, achieving a good readaptation of the mucosa and permitting breathing immediately after surgery of the septum.Entities:
