Abstract
We present an unusual diagnosis of a permanent third-degree atrioventricular block under general anesthesia in an otherwise healthy and asymptomatic child. This diagnosis of unclear causality represented a serious rare finding, requiring judicious management and resulting in the placement of a permanent pacemaker.Entities:
