Abstract
Aicardi syndrome is a genetic disorder characterized by the triad of infantile spasm in flexion, callosal agenesis and ocular abnormalities (chorioretinal lacunae, coloboma of optic disc). We report a typical case of Aicardi syndrome with all the classical features.Entities:
