Abstract
The synthesis of substituted 3,4-dihydrofuranoindoles is reported. These new indole compounds were used to synthesize potent HCV NS5B inhibitors. The binding mode of the dihydrofuranoindole-derived inhibitors was established via X-ray crystallographic studies.Entities:
