Abstract
We propose a new technique to characterize a reflectionless arterial prosthesis. The corresponding transmission and reflection coefficients are determined from the geometric and the elastic properties of the arterial wall, and the interaction between the latter and the prosthesis are studied accordingly.Keywords: Blood waves; Prosthesis; Reflection coefficient; Transmission coefficient
