Abstract
Diet assessment and counseling are essential components of comprehensive preventive dental care programs. However, the lack of consensus on what constitutes appropriate nutrition services has resulted in diversity in the level and quality of such services to dental patients. Seventy nine nationally recognized experts in dental nutrition were surveyed using the Delphi method to seek consensus on the appropriate scope of nutrition in clinical dentistry.Entities:
