Abstract
We present a case of a 55-year-old woman with episodes of recurrent pulmonary edema that was diagnosed to have a large left atrial myxoma using bedside transthoracic echocardiography. This case illustrates the importance of a screening focused ultrasound examination of involved systems by emergency physicians in detecting causes for emergency clinical presentations.Entities:
