Peli1 (rel)ieves autoimmunity.

Paul N Moynagh.

Abstract

T cell tolerance is essential to the prevention of autoimmunity. The ubiquitin E3 ligase Peli1 acts as a negative regulator of T cell activation and contributes to the maintenance of self-tolerance.
