Abstract
This study included 11 cases of severe OHSS that were treated by transvaginal aspiration of the ascitic fluid guided by ultrasound. Immediate improvement of the symptoms and general condition as well as a significantly shorter hospital stay was noticed when compared with the control group. It is a safe and simple procedure that does not require anesthesia.Entities:
