Abstract
Variations of the dural venous sinuses may result in inaccurate imaging interpretation or complications during surgical approaches. One variation of the dural venous sinuses reported infrequently in the literature is the oblique occipital sinus. The present paper reviews this anatomy and offers illustrations of the cadaveric and imaging findings seen with this venous variation.Mesh:
