Abstract
From 1985 to 1989, 13 cases of contact allergy to olive oil have been identified in the Departments of Dermatology of Kristianstad and Ostersund Hospitals. Known components of olive oil could not be proved to be the cause of the allergy. This high number of patients with contact allergy to olive oil and possible explanations are discussed.Entities:
