Ultralarge single crystal SnS rectangular nanosheets.

Abstract

Uniform ultralarge single crystal SnS rectangular nanosheets (7000 nm × 3000 nm × 20 nm) have been synthesized by thermodecomposing a single-source precursor (Sn-diethyldithiocarbamate-1,10-phenanthroline). The obtained SnS nanosheets exhibit excellent electrochemical properties which have promising applications in lithium ion batteries. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2011
