Abstract
We report a case in which a calcification in mid left anterior descending (LAD) artery was not apparent initially on angiogram and stenting was done after inappropriate predilation resulting in underexpansion of stent. High pressure inflation, buddy wire technique, scoring and cutting balloon inflation failed to achieve the full expansion of stent.Entities:
