Abstract
Routine circumcision in Manitoba has decreased from 56% to 50%. To determine adult patients' attitudes towards circumcision, the authors interviewed a random sample of patients presenting at a family practice unit. Of 242 respondents, 78% favored circumcision, primarily because of cleanliness, family precedent and improved sexual function. They suggest better education of patients to dispel misconceptions.Entities:
