Abstract
BACKGROUND: Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway is involved in regulation of many tissues development and oncogenesis. Recently, Hh signaling has been identified as a required functional pathway for leukemia stem cells(LSCs), and loss of this pathway impairs leukemia progression.Entities:
